Whenever there's political instability, or threats of the Dutch coming to St Maarten to impose higher supervision, fires mysteriously start at the dump. Then you see the governor standing at the dump, on the front of the local paper, complaining about "vandals starting fires". Well those vandals are your employees, dear governor, maybe you should speak to them in person. The dump is located right across from the Government Admin. Building, they don't even have to walk far.
