A Fire destroyed 4 homes in Downstreet, Philipsburg St Maarten on New Years day. Residents believe the blaze might have been caused by careless Fireworks. In the below photos Firemen are still putting out the blaze as the police shut down most of lower Backstreet and Fronstreet.
