Yes, Theo Heyliger sunk countless millions into his latest 'creation'. He blew over $45 million dollars into his sinkhole, but that money has not been wholly accounted for. Who's surprised? Mr 10% gets an automatic 4.5 million, this time much more because he had to BUY a lotta politicians to bring down the government the last time.
