BOAT CAPSIZES OFF OF ANGUILLA / FRENCH ST MARTIN THREE REPORTEDLY DEAD, WITH NINE INJURED



According to Gromyko Wilson, a boat travelling from Anguilla to St Martin with twenty people on board reportedly capsized at approximately 2 a.m. this morning.
