Chinese owner machetes customer, no time will be served

The Chinese grocery shop owner, who was charged with using a machete on a customer "Bolo" has been given a suspended sentence. Represented by Geert Hatzman of the Bermon lawfirm, the court system felt that the Chinese owner had over stepped his boundaries by using a weapon against the customer "Bolo", but because Bolo had a history of issues with the different owners of several establishments, a jail sentence was not warranted. When speaking to Bolo, he explained that there had been an issue, and he had been chopped on the arm with a machete, but Bolo said that he was unwilling to let the situation go any further.
