First thing on a Saturday morning, you see the cherries outside.What's going on? Just another random police stop and search. Former Minister of Justice, Roland Duncan pretty much put a stop to all immigration raids, and random traffic stops. He wanted to build a $100 million Justice Park in honor of his own legacy, but he knew the St Maartener would not fall for it. So what he decided was that he would get the funding from immigrants, legal AND illegal. The more illegals and immigrants, the more fees towards his Justice Park. Now that Roland Duncan is gone, let's see if the new Justice Minister, Richardson, will continue with the same old policies
